How will you demonstrate that your business contributes to sustainability?

1. Vendor Fee: $100 dollars per stand/booth/vehicle (approx. 10’x10’). For additional space, see Partnerships Opportunities Form.

2. No refunds due to weather.

3. Very limited number of electrical outlets can be provided. Call for availability.

4. All vendors are responsible for the collection and payment of sales tax. Pennsylvania Sales Tax Number must be entered on application. (Pennsylvania Sales Tax Collection Chart NOT provided by Green Fest Committee)

5. Green Fest Hours: 10AM – 3PM, Saturday, September 13, 2008.

6. LOCATIONS will be assigned only by the Silver Lake Green Fest Committee, and such locations will be monitored accordingly. For more info on site selection, call 215-785-1177.

7. The Silver Lake Green Fest Committee reserves the right to relocate or dismiss any participant or selling activity found not in compliance with the conditions listed.

8. All garbage must be removed from the area at the end of the day. Vendors not in compliance will be assessed a clean-up fee.

9. Please, submit a photo of objects you plan to sell and a short description about the product or service and how it demonstrates sustainable practices.

10. SUBMIT CHECK OR MONEY ORDER DEPOSIT (NON-REFUNDABLE) WITH THE APPLICATION BY August 31, 2008 TO:

I have read and agree to abide by all Green Fest rules and procedures. I understand that I must not encroach on another vendor’s space. This application does NOT guarantee a space.

I certify that the information given on this application is true and correct. I hereby release and hold harmless the Silver Lake Nature Center, Silver Lake Park, Bucks County Department of Parks and Recreation, the Friends of Silver Lake, or any Green Fest Sponsors from any and all liability or claims as a result of my participation in the Green Fest including but not limited to theft, personal injury, strike, public enemy or act of God.

I acknowledge that failure to comply with the above may cause forfeiture of any or all fees I have paid, immediate expulsion from the Green Fest and possible legal action against me.
